Revert r370454 "[LoopIdiomRecognize] BCmp loop idiom recognition" 

https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43206 was filed,
claiming that there is a miscompilation.
Reverting until i investigate.

This reverts commit r370454
