Implemented encoding and intrinsics of the following instructions

  vpunpcklbw, vpunpckhbw, vpunpcklwd, vpunpckhwd, vpunpckldq, vpunpckhdq, vpunpcklqdq, vpunpckhqdq
Added tests for intrinsics and encoding.
