[mlir][doc] Fix build after D148389

The doc aren't part of the usual build, so this got unnoticed.

In c184dcb4 a dependency was added from the OpenACC on the LLVM
and Memref dialects, to generate the dialect doc we need to explicitly
ask for the `acc` dialect now.
