[clang][NFC] Inclusive language: remove use of Whitelist in clang/lib/Analysis/

[NFC] As part of using inclusive language within the llvm project, this patch
rewords a comment to replace Whitelist with Allowlist in
`RetainSummaryManager.cpp`.
