[SystemZ] Fix register modelling in expandLoadStackGuard()

EXPENSIVE_CHECKS found this bug (https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33047), which
this patch fixes. The EAR instruction defines a GR32, not a GR64.
