[FastISel] Don't transform FSUB(-0, X) -> FNEG(X) in FastISel 

This corresponds with the SelectionDAGISel change in D84056.

Also, rename some poorly named tests in CodeGen/X86/fast-isel-fneg.ll with NFC.
