[clang][tests] Fix ve-toolchain tests with CLANG_DEFAULT_UNWINDLIB 

Otherwise, the driver will insert e.g. -lgcc_s when
CLANG_DEFAULT_UNWINDLIB=libgcc is set during the clang build.
