[AMDGPU] Handle legacy multiply-accumulate opcodes in convertToThreeAddress 

Handle V_MAC_LEGACY_F32 and V_FMAC_LEGACY_F32 in
convertToThreeAddress, to avoid the need for an extra mov
instruction in some cases.
