clang-format: [JS] JavaScript does not have the */&/&& madness.

Before:
  e&& e.SomeFunction();

After:
  e && e.SomeFunction();

Yeah, this might be useful for C++, too, but it is not such a frequent
pattern there (plus the fix is much harder).
