OpaquePtr: Reject 'ptr*' again when parsing textual IR 

Bring back the testcase dropped in
1e6303e6 and get it passing by checking
explicitly for `ptr*` in LLParser. Uses `Type::isOpaquePointerTy()` from
ad4bb828.
