Random cleanups: 

 - Change AllocOp to have a getType() that always returns a MemRefType, since
   that is what it requires.
 - Rename StandardOps/StandardOpRegistration.cpp ->
   StandardOps/OpRegistration.cpp to align with other op sets.
 - Add AffineMap::getContext() helper and use it in the asmprinter.
