Improve detection preventing certain kind of formatting patterns.

An oversight in this detection made clang-format unable to format
the following nicely:
void aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa<aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa,
                         bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb>(
    cccccccccccccccccccccccccccc);
