[NFC][lsan] Use kIgnored in MarkInvalidPCCb

kIgnored didn't exist when the code was added, but it should be
equivalent to kReachable.
The goal is to refactor MarkInvalidPCCb to avoid StackDepotGet
in StopTheWorld.
