Rename getAffineBinaryExpr -> getAffineBinaryOpExpr, getBinaryAffineOpExpr -> 

  getAffineBinaryOpExpr for consistency (NFC)

- this is consistent with the name of the class and getAffineDimExpr/ConstantExpr, etc.
