[RecursiveASTVisitor] Visit the implicit expression of a CXXDefaultArgExpr

Summary:
The matcher
varDecl(hasDescendant(
    callExpr(hasDeclaration(functionDecl(unless(isNoThrow()))))))
didn't match calls from default arguments because the expression
for a CXXDefaultArgExpr was not visited.
