AArch64: Avoid implicit iterator conversions, NFC 

Avoid implicit conversions from MachineInstrBundleInstr to MachineInstr*
in the AArch64 backend, mainly by preferring MachineInstr& over
MachineInstr* when a pointer isn't nullable.
