[Utils] splitBlockBefore() always operates on DomTreeUpdater, so take it, not DomTree 

Even though not all it's users operate on DomTreeUpdater,
it itself internally operates on DomTreeUpdater,
so it must mean everything is fine with that,
so just do that globally.
