[clang-format] Add StatementAttributeLikeMacros option

This allows to ignore for example Qts emit when
AlignConsecutiveDeclarations is set, otherwise it is parsed as a type
and it results in some misformating:

unsigned char MyChar = 'x';
emit          signal(MyChar);
