Move the ARM specific arch picker from PlatformRemoteiOS.cpp to

PlatformDarwin.cpp -- call it from both PlatformRemoteiOS.cpp
and the native process PlatformDarwin.cpp when running on an arm
system.

Bump lldb version number to 94.
