Revert "[mips] Add names and tests for the hardware registers" 

This reverts commit r221299.

The tests

    LLVM :: MC/Disassembler/Mips/mips32.txt
    LLVM :: MC/Disassembler/Mips/mips32_le.txt

were failing.
