Adapt to CXXMethodDecl::getThisType change (NFC)

Summary:
https://reviews.llvm.org/D56509 changed the API of the
CXXMethodDecl::getThisType method. Adapt to the change (and re-apply
clang-format) to fix the clang-tidy build.
