Fix assertion failure caused by r245546

Change the way EmulateInstruction::eContextPopRegisterOffStack handled
in UnwindAssemblyInstEmulation::WriteRegister to accomodate for
additional cases when eContextPopRegisterOffStack (pop PC/FLAGS).
