[NFC][ARM] addsubcarry-promotion.ll: whoops - replace '.' with '-' in check-prefix

Does not affect update_llc_test_checks, or the actual output,
but is not accepted by the actual FileCheck.

Sorry, i should have noticed this before committing,
not the very next second after..
