Disable following tests for Hexagon:

1) Driver/output-file-is-dir.c - Checks for object file which can't
be created for Hexagon since assembler is unavailable.
2) PCH/cxx-typeid.cpp - 'typeinfo' include file is unavailable for Hexagon.
