[X86] Auto upgrade XOP/AVX512 rotation intrinsics to generic funnel shift intrinsics (llvm) 

This emits FSHL/FSHR generic intrinsics for the XOP VPROT and AVX512 VPROL/VPROR rotation intrinsics.
