Reorganize the class hierarchy for x86 targets; shouldn't have any

visible effects, but this will significantly reduce the amount of 
boilerplate code necessary to add subtargets.

If this looks okay, I'll do the rest of the processors (PPC, Sparc, ARM) 
soon.
