Expression: cleanup unused include

The standard JIT has been discarded in favour of MCJIT.  USE_STANDARD_JIT is no
longer defined.  Furthermore, the execution engine is now built in
IRExecutionUnit.  Simply remove inclusion of both JIT headers.
