Documentation cleanup for include/clang/AST/DeclCXX.h, no substantive changes.

* Fix up \brief documentation;
* Update C++0x references to C++11;
* Doxygen formatting: bulleted lists start with a single hyphen, not two;
* Fix a typo, "assosiate" -> "associate".
