[X86][3DNow!] Enable commutation for PFADD/PFMUL/PFCMPEQ/PAVGUSB/PMULHRW 

All commutations confirmed to give identical results - note PFMAX/PFMIN do not

PFSUB<->PFSUBR should be commutable as well
