AVX512: Change VPMOVB2M DAG lowering , use CVT2MASK node instead TRUNCATE. 

Fix TRUNCATE lowering vector to vector i1, use LSB and not MSB.
Implement VPMOVB/W/D/Q2M intrinsic.
