* Remove RemoveUnreachableShadowNodes & UnlinkUndistinguishableShadowNodes 

  to reflect the fact that they actually operate on arbitrary nodes
* Clean up public interface of FunctionDSGraph
* add getEscapingAllocations & getNonEscapingAllocations
