* Give BBLiveVar.cpp a proper file header 

* applyFlowFunc DOES NOT NEED TO COPY the huge BB->BBLiveVar Map every time it is invoked!
* Big cleanups.
* Make BBLiveVar.h effectively an internal header file
* Prepare LiveVarMap.h for deletion
