AArch64DeadRegisterDefinitionsPass: Cleanup; NFC

- Fix doxygen file comment
- reduce indentation in loop
- Factor out some common subexpressions
- Move independent helper function out of class
- Fix Changed flag (this is not strictly NFC but a bugfix, but the flag
  seems ignored anyway)
