[analyzer] Inline ObjC class methods.

- Some cleanup(the TODOs) will be done after ObjC method inlining is
complete.
- Simplified CallEvent::getDefinition not to require ISDynamicDispatch
parameter.
- Also addressed Jordan's comments from r160530.
