Mark test_*int*_t_dwarf as failing on FreeBSD

Further investigation required; tests will be enabled on the buildbot
worker soon. Marking failing tests for now in order to start with a
green buildbot while investigation takes place.

This is a recommit of r326134, with the required import added.
