Small cleanups in the PowerPC backend. 

Small refactoring in LowerFORMAL_ARGUMENTS().
Correct minor formatting issues.
Remove size argument of CreateCopyOfByValArgument().
Remove dead argument from CalculateStackSlotSize().
Remove unused variable ReturnAddrIndex from various targets.
