Allow the MCDisassembler to return a "soft fail" status code, indicating an... 

Allow the MCDisassembler to return a "soft fail" status code, indicating an instruction that is disassemblable, but invalid.  Only used for ARM UNPREDICTABLE instructions at the moment.
