- Add ObjcInterfaceDecl::lookupInstanceMethod(), lookupClassMethod().
- Add ObjcMessageExpr::getSelector(), getClassName().
- Change Sema::getObjCInterfaceDecl() to simply take an IdentifierInfo (no Scope needed).
- Remove FIXME for printing ObjCMessageExpr's.
