* Add utility functions: convert SetCC => PPC opcode and invert PPC opcode 

* If SetCondInst is folded into BranchInst (and it is the only user), do not
  emit code for SetCondInst
* Fix assembly opcodes in comments in visitSetCondInst()
* Fix codegen of conditional branches
