[x86] Fix test breaking on Darwin after r339962 

* -march=x86-64 -> -mtriple=x86_64-unknown-linux to avoid _ prefixes to
symbols
* add -start-before to avoid running the whole codegen on the IR. I
assumed it is meant to be running after X86SpeculativeLoadHardening.
