print a call to a fastcc function as: 

	call x86_fastcallcc void @func( i32* %X, i64 0 )
not:
	callx86_fastcallcc  void @func( i32* %X, i64 0 )

This fixes Codegen/X86/fast-cc-merge-stack-adj.ll
