test/Driver/sysroot-flags.c: Tweak for Mingw MSYS bash.

MSYS substitutes path (that begins with "/") to de-mounted Windows path, even if it were nonexistent.
"/foo/bar" might be substituted to "C:/msysgit/foo/bar".
