[SimplifyCFG] mergeConditionalStoreToAddress(): try to pacify MSAN

MSAN bot complains that there is use-of-uninitialized-value
of this FreeStores later in IsWorthwhile().
Perhaps FreeStores needs to be stored in a vector?
