Fix extension macro condition.

Support below instructions:
1. Single-Width Floating-Point/Integer Type-Convert Instructions
2. Widening Floating-Point/Integer Type-Convert Instructions
3. Narrowing Floating-Point/Integer Type-Convert Instructions
