[X86] Emit ISD::TRUNCATE instead of X86ISD::VTRUNC from... 

[X86] Emit ISD::TRUNCATE instead of X86ISD::VTRUNC from LowerZERO_EXTEND_Mask/LowerSIGN_EXTEND_Mask.

The truncate will be lowered X86ISD::VTRUNC later.
