[SVE] Remove getNumElements() calls in visitGetElementPtrInst

Replace calls to getNumElements() with getElementCount() in order
to avoid warnings for scalable vectors. The warnings were discovered
by this existing test:

  test/CodeGen/AArch64/sve-gep.ll
