[mlir][Linalg] Fix SoftmaxOp's reify result shape calculation (#67790) 



-- SoftmaxOp's `reifyResultShapes` function was wrongly casting it as a
`LinalgOp`.
-- This commit thus adds a fix to SoftmaxOp's reify result shape
calculation.
