[SROA] convertValue(): we can have <N x iK> to <M x iQ*> cast

Provided test case crashes otherwise.

If NewTy is already DL.getIntPtrType(NewTy),
CreateBitCast() won't actually create any bitcast,
so we are better off just doing the general thing.
