Add logging for XTIMEOUT/UnexpectedSuccess 

If an expected timeout test times out, touch
<session-dir>/ExpectedTimeout-<test-name>

If an expected timeout test passes, touch
<session-dir>/UnexpectedCompletion-<test-name>
