[libFuzzer] [NFC] [Tests] Mark signal handling tests as UNSUPPORTED on Darwin

Under load, these tests tend to fail sporadically on our bots.
In my understanding, the signal handling is not guaranteed to happen
within 2 seconds, and the test is inherently flaky.
